Tony Joe White: Guitar, Harmonica
?: Bass
?: Drums

This album was released by at least two different companies with different covers.
"You Got Me Running" is better known under the title "Baby, What You Want Me To Do" and was sung by various artists (Elvis sang it in his 69' comeback special).
"Baby Please Don't Go" is an old blues-classic (sung by Muddy Waters).
The concert has apparently been messed up on the two sides of the record. At the start of side two an anouncer can be heard introducing TJW (before "Baby Please Don't Go).
Before "Roosevelt And Ira Lee" TJW tells the audience "... this will be on our next record". Therefor this concert may be from late 68 or early 69. On the other hand, "Hard To Handle", which he sang, too, would not appear on record before 1970.
This album is currently not available on CD.

This is an CD-release of the album listed above. However "Polk Salad Annie" seems to be added and the order of the tracks was changed.

This is most likely no official TJW album, TS-RRC stands for "Trade Service - Rare Recording Collection".
TJW sounds very nervous in this concert. He hardly ever talks to his audience.

The Europe-Tracks:

This is another bootleg. The first six tracks were copied from the previously mentioned 'Swampsnake Soul' album. The remaining tracks were not released elsewhere.
These European live tracks are pure Tony Joe White and his guitar. It is amazing what this minimalistic 'orchestra' sounds like !
